Katrina Hurricane, completly blow up South Louisiana including new orleans.
We can presume that this impressive catastrophy will affect real estate investor in their location choice. After seing Katrina destroying in one day thousands of houses. It is fairly reasonnable to think that investor will see South Florida as a risky investment area.
