Description: Conversion of Flagler Street from a one-way west bound to a two-way traffic operation; An expanded and improved Downtown Metrobus Terminal; Relocation of large public buses from Flagler Street; A two-way shuttle bus on Flagler Street from Bayside to the Miami River; Installation of sidewalk pavers, tall palm trees, and decorative street lights.
