South Florida real estate after Katrina Hurricane ?

Katrina Hurricane, completly blow up South Louisiana including new orleans.

We can presume that this impressive catastrophy will affect real estate investor in their location choice. After seing Katrina destroying in one day thousands of houses. It is fairly reasonnable to think that investor will see South Florida as a risky investment area.

Will the real estate market in South Florida be affected by Katrina ? Nobody can tell right now, but we already know that insurance coverage for hurricane will be higher next year for Florida homes.
